Position Overview

The following opportunities are available at our KZN Sands Operations located in Empangeni and Mtunzini, KwaZulu-Natal (South African Citizens Only)
We are offering bursary opportunities to top performing 1st and 2nd year students who are enrolled at University/University of Technology for the below listed fields:

The bursary will be awarded within the following fields of study:
1st Year in 2024:

• BSc/BEng Mine Surveying
• BSc/BEng Mine Engineering
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Process Instrumentation)
• National Diploma in Information Technology

2nd Year in 2024:

• BSc/BEng Mine Surveying
• BSc/BEng Mine Engineering
• BSc/BEng Electrical Engineering (Process Instrumentation)

Requirements and Eligibility:
Submit clear copies of the following documents:

• Brief Curriculum Vitae (1 page)
• Certified copy of Identity Document
• Certified copies of Grade 12 or statement of results
• Proof of Registration (current year of study) / Acceptance Letter
• Latest academic record
• Proof of Residence from Tribal Council (TC) (Empangeni & Richards Bay)

NOTE:

• Closing Date: 14.03.2024
• Pre- screening evaluation will form part of the selection process.
• Successful applicants will be required to undergo a medical assessment.
• Psychometric evaluations may form part of the selection process.
