As the largest independent partner in South Africa, our expertise and agility will make a real difference to your business.Job Summary:As the Business Acquisition Manager specializing in fintech solutions for SMMEs, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will leverage your deep understanding of SMMEs' financial needs and challenges to deliver tailored fintech solutions that address their pain points and enhance their operational efficiency.Duties:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our footprint within the SMME market segment.
  • Identify and prioritize prospective SMME clients, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Customize and present fintech solutions that align with the unique financial requirements and goals of SMMEs, demonstrating how our products can add value and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure that our offerings meet the specific needs of SMMEs and address market demands.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads within the SMME community
Required Skills and Qualifications:Matric / NQF Level 4 (SAQA Equivalent)
  • Proven track record of 3 years in business development / b2b or sales.
  • Deep understanding of SMME financial challenges, operational processes, and market dynamics.
  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
