Job Summary Our client, a leader in the Autotech industry, transforming automotive service delivery in South Africa and beyond, is seeking a Business Administrator to join their team in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving success and meeting the needs of key stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, directors, and employees.Responsibilities: 1. Market Intelligence

  • Gather, prepare, review, and analyze business and industry data to achieve optimal results.
  • Create professional presentations to support Business Development.
  • Develop business cases for customers.
2. Process Improvement
  • Optimize business processes to help teams achieve their goals and maximize product/service value.
  • Manage and adapt to changing requirements using modern innovations.
  • Utilize Autotask to manage and communicate daily tasks.
  • Research technological advancements to modernize and streamline processes.
3. Reporting
  • Use data analytics to prepare reports that improve inefficiencies.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, renewal schedules, and business development activities.
  • Document all negotiations, changes, and updates to contracts.
4. Business Development
  • Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to resolve contract-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure all terms and conditions are met.
  • Perform administrative duties to support cross-functional teams in achieving customer satisfaction and profitable sales targets.
  • Provide quotes based on customer requirements.
Key Areas of Accountability: * Improve and execute Business Development processes.
  • Administer Customer Contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration.
