Job Description
:
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze Payments requirements, create user stories, and ensure that the solutions align with business goals
- Scrum Mastery: Proficiency in facilitating scrum events such as sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospection, and product backlog refinement
- Technical Leadership: Ability to provide direction and technical leadership on complex projects, ensuring essential procedures are followed
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage interactions with stakeholders, including the product owner
- Automation Implementation: Experience in implementing automation solutions to reduce release timelines and improve efficiency
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) and Product Owner or Business Analyst is highly valued.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Design Thinking: Proficiency in design thinking to drive innovative solutions
