What will you do?xe2xa6x81 Takes the lead on key strategic projects to understand business requirements.
xe2xa6x81 Determine, map and document 'AS-IS" processes and then define "To-Be" processes.
xe2xa6x81 Leads business engagements and works closely with all stakeholders across IT and business to ensurethat the business needs are defined and that the most appropriate solution is selected and implemented.
xe2xa6x81 Works in an agile environment to determine and deliver epics, features and user stories.
xe2xa6x81 Maintains the agile backlogs accordingly.
xe2xa6x81 Defines business cases as required.
xe2xa6x81 Defines and executes test cases and facilitates business acceptance testing.
xe2xa6x81 Active member in delivery/agile sprint - Epic/Feature/user story articulation and delivery.
xe2xa6x81 Coaches junior business analysts.Qualifications and Experiencexc2x81 Relevant tertiary qualification in IT
xc2x81 Relevant Development Certifications: Agile and/or BA Certifications
xc2x81 10+ years hands-on lead business analysis experience across the insurance industry (Preferably withinEmployee Benefits)
