Job Summary/Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
Use data insights to create customer cohorts that facilitate targeted sales/upsell conversations, increasing quote/sales volume.
Evaluate current sales processes to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and enhance performance.
Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights for business recommendations.
Develop comprehensive solution designs and functional specifications based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and management activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Manage and solve complex problems using data-driven approaches and statistical techniques.Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2xe2x80x935 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales environment.
• Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent.
• Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Suite, MS Access, MS Excel, and project management software.
• Experience with big data technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
