Job Description

My client is a leading role-player in the Systems development space, with a unique offering to Tertiary Education Institutes.They are looking for a Business Analyst and team Lead for their Student Information System (SIS) Team, which is based in Cape Town.Their ideal person will have the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree or similar qualification;
2. Formal training in requirements analysis;
3. 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in the post-secondary education arena;
4. SCRUM methodology experience.What characteristics will this person have?1. Drive and motivation

8. Excellent listening and communication (oral and written) skillsThe person will also be expected to :

• Travel to clients within South Africa as well as internationally;
• They may be required to attend and participate in product user group meetings, relevant subcommittees, and other community functions, keeping in mind that international communities may be in different time zones than South Africa.
