Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed business requirements.
Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
Develop business cases for system upgrades or modifications, including cost-benefit analysis.
Create and maintain system documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data models, and use cases.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure that system capabilities align with business requirements and user needs.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams to capture requirements and system functionality.
Translate technical information into user-friendly documentation for non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically focusing on systems analysis and documentation.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, C#, and interpreting system coding to document processes.
Experience working with technical teams to analyze system capabilities and recommend improvements.
Previous experience in telecommunications is an advantage.
