We're currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization to the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

Work with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements in an implementable manner.

Understand all acceptance criteria coming into the sprint and work with business/business analysts/systems analysts to confirm any gaps in expected functionality.

Contribution in sprint planning meetings (early participation in requirements)

Validate/challenge acceptance criteria to ensure full coverage from an acceptance testing perspective, such as identification of alternative scenarios, overlooked integration testing etc

Conduct manual testing for new features as they are developed, and provide fast feedback to developers

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Performing requirements analysis.

Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

Log defects in a reproducible manner and follow through to resolution.

Accountable for quality of the platform in assessment of readiness for each release; the whole team is responsible, including some dedicated testers in some cases.

Continual contribution to improvements of the test process

Own features from conception through inception, development, change management, piloting and sign off.

Education

Relevant IT Degree or IT Diploma e.g. BSc in Informatics / Computer Sciences or related qualification

Experience

? Strong system design & analysis skills

? Strong data analysis skills

? MS Excel

? SQL Syntax

? 2+ years of experience

In addition to the above the candidate should be willing to learn, open to criticism, confident enough in their own experience and skills to offer solutions for concerns or projects during brainstorming sessions and be able to work under pressure.

The interview process consists of 3 phases:

-Introductory Interview

- Technical Assessment

- Final Interview and possible placement

This position does not offer remote working solutions and all candidates are expected to perform their duties from the premises specified.

The position is offered with a 3 month probation period from the start date of employment specified (should the candidate successfully be recruited by our Company).
