Acting as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders, youll help enhance processes and drive operational efficiency through data-driven solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that directly impact our fibre network services and customer satisfaction.Key Skills & Experience

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, with involvement in at least one large and several medium-sized projects.
• Salesforce certification and expertise in at least one Salesforce cloud.
• Proven ability to work across multiple projects, collaborating with various teams.
• Strong skills in documentation, planning, and organizing, with a sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proactive in action, and adept at facilitation.
• Understanding of business processes and project management.

What Youll Do

• Elicit business needs from stakeholders using various techniques, ensuring alignment between business and IT.
• Create detailed user stories that clearly define the requirements and scope of each project.
• Conduct process mapping, allowing end-users to validate business requirements, identify areas of improvement, and reduce waste.
• Drive the completion of comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, delivering successful projects and meeting timelines.
• Play a pivotal role in quality assurance, overseeing systems and data to ensure top-notch project execution.
• Delve into technical aspects, working closely with teams to resolve challenges, optimize systems, and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
