Business Analyst
Job Description
Our client, a leading Telecommunications organization is looking for a sharp, analytical thinker to join their team as a Marketing and Order Subject Matter Business Analyst. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements - particularly from the marketing team - into functional specifications, collaborating closely with development teams, and ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively through end-to-end testing. This individual will also provide support for these platforms as needed. - Requirement gathering & analysis
- Project delivery & documentation
- Testing & quality assurance
- Platform support & maintenance
- Stakeholder communication & change management
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of API concepts
- Familiarity with software development methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills
- Prior experience working with customer-facing systems and supporting marketing initiatives within an IT & systems environment
