Johannesburg - Gauteng"Seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to navigate the complexities of finance with precision.Join our dynamic team and drive strategic insights that shape the future of banking.Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document requirements based on changes to users, interfaces, processes, data flows, constraints, environments, and non-functional requirements.
- Understand the portfolio's strategic themes, product roadmap, vision, KPIs and metrics, and align requirements accordingly.
- Analyse/document data requirements and model data flows through all seven product dimensions on a solution/program level by pairing with BDMs.
- Actively participate and lead program/squad ceremonies by pairing with Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product and BITE Owners.
- Advanced Diplomas/National
- Business Analysis, Certificate in BA endorsed by IIBA ,
- Safe Certification
- 5 - 8 years BA experience
- Wealth Management or/and financial services Technical / Professional Knowledge
- Agile Concepts
- Process Engineering Skills
- Microsoft Office Product.
- Data Warehousing (DW), Integration Development, Process Mapping, Project Integration, Structured Query Language (SQL), Systems Integration, Use Case Development, Workflow Design
