Our client is renowned for delivering innovative and cutting-edge technology solutions to financial institutions worldwide.Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in capital markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of software solutions that meet client requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and technology.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify the best solutions for business needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the capital markets sector.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Togaf Certification is highly advantageous

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with capital markets software, such as Calypso.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• BPM Experience is highly advantageous
