• Business Analyst certification
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Business and/or relevant Information Systems qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 6 years working experience in business analysis and/or systems analysis
• Agile/Waterfall/Scrum knowledge
• Working understanding of JIRA or similar case management system
• Product Owner experience
• Good facilitation skills in joint application design (JAD)
