In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of supporting and optimizing the business processes and technologies that drive our PAXI logistics operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring that users can work seamlessly and efficiently within the PAXI systems, enhancing operational effectiveness and aligning with industry-leading practices. As part of the Commercial Department, you'll drive continuous improvement, optimize systems, and provide day-to-day support that fuels business success and elevates operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure smooth operational logistics flow, provide day-to-day support, and maintenance, and improve business processes and systems.
Respond to system issues and user queries, providing effective solutions and troubleshooting as needed.
Manage and prioritize change requests, ensuring timely resolution of bugs and system updates.
Assist in system problem analysis and contribute to the identification and resolution of operational challenges.
Handle the documentation and implementation of changes, ensuring proper testing and smooth deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor system changes and improvements.
Control system costs and ensure resources are effectively allocated for daily operations and issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain reports, detailing system performance, issues, and resolutions.
Create and update user manuals and standard operating procedures to reflect current processes and system functionality.
Facilitate regular operational meetings and workshops to address system issues and operational support needs.
Actively participate in day-to-day project management, ensuring issues are addressed promptly within the Agile Scrum framework.
Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and operational standards during routine system maintenance and issue resolution.
Support ad-hoc projects as required, focused on operational efficiency and system functionality.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
A degree in Commercial, Business, or Engineering with a strong foundation in Analytical or Commercial subjects.
At least 3 years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst, ideally within a logistics, financial services, or eCommerce environment.
Advanced proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Draw.io.
Experience in business process management software and methodologies; familiarity with tools such as Notion and JIRA, as well as process mapping tools.
Proficiency with Google BigQuery and/or SQL.
Experience in retail or logistics operations is a distinct advantage.
