My client is a leading roleplayer in the Systems development space, with a unique offering to Tertiary Education Institutes.They are looking for a Business Analyst & Team Lead for their Student Information System (SIS) Team, who are based in Cape Town.Their ideal person will have the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor degree or similar qualification;
2. Formal training in requirements analysis;
3. 5+ years Business Analysis experience in the post-secondary education arena;
4. SCRUM methodology experience.What characteristics will this person have?1. Drive and motivation

5. Working knowledge of student information systems and/or ERP solutions

8. Excellent listening and communication (oral and written) skillsThe person will also be expected to :

• Travel to clients within South Africa as well as internationally;
• May be required to attend and participate in product user group meetings, relevant sub-committees and other community functions, keeping in mind that international communities may be in different time zones than South Africa.
