To ensure that the PAXI, that forms part of the Commercial Department, systems and business processes are implemented to incorporate industry standards and best practices; and to provide business process and technology support to usersKey ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintenance and improvement of existing business processes and technologiesSystem consulting/ user support/ system problem analysisResearch and propose new solutions and changes to business processes and technologySolution analysis, design, documentation and change management planningBusiness Process Design - Functional SpecificationsTesting and implementation of new solutions / system changesSystem cost management/ budget controlManagement of resourcesReport development (specifications) and writingCreate & maintain user training manuals and standard operating proceduresFacilitation of cross-functional meetings & workshopsProject Management as part of an Agile Scrum teamStaying abreast of relevant regulations and compliance mattersAd hoc projectsRequired Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesCommercial/ Business/Engineering related degree with Analytical/ Commercial subjectsMinimum 3 years systems/ business analyst experience, preferably in a financial services, logistics or ecommerce environmentAbove average computer literacy: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Draw.ioExperience in using business process management software/ methodologies. Use of tools like Notion and JIRA.
