Job Description


Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Applications and Process Support (BAPS) Manager to lead their ICT department. This role is critical for providing strategic direction in the design, creation, integration, and implementation of software within the company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Control: Budgeting and accounting for the cost of BAPS services locally and globally.
  • Service Management: Delivering and supporting BAPS services that meet business needs.
  • Project Management: Overseeing BAPS systems development and integration solutions, ensuring projects are planned, executed, controlled, and closed efficiently.
  • Business Analysis: Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Development: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new reports, integrate systems, and resolve report defects.
  • Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external support personnel and vendors to ensure cost-effective and compatible support.
  • Training: Training support and development personnel on new and existing systems.
  • Team Leadership: Ensuring a motivated, competent, and efficient team that meets business requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in information systems or computer science.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Azure certification.
  • Valid Code 08/EB drivers license.
Experience:
  • 5+ years in a similar position.
  • 5+ years in SQL/SSIS/SSRS development.
  • 5+ years in systems architecture design.
  • 5+ years in business analysis.
  • 5+ years in SQL server database administration.
  • 5+ years in project management.
  • 2+ years in Azure administration.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Expertise in MS SQL Query creation, SSIS package, and SSRS report creation.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI development and Azure data platforms management.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • High ethical standards, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
