Are you a Business Applications Manager looking for a new exciting role?An international agriculture company is looking for a Business Applications and Process Support (BAPS) Manager to join their team. The BAPS Manager will oversee the management of the System Support and Development (IS) and Information Technology (IT) departments and will offer strategic direction for the design, creation, integration, and implementation of software. Guiding systems processes and technology (both hardware and software) to align with business processes, as well as ensure a smooth and efficient systems working environment for all staff nationwide and achieve cost reduction through effective systems and hardware architecture.Responsibilities:

• Manage global and local costs for BAPS services and deliver and support BAPS services to meet business needs.
• Oversee BAPS systems projects, collaborate with external developers, and ensure effective project execution.
• Improve business processes, translate requirements, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Define, design, and deliver reports and system integrations; resolve issues.
• Ensure cost-effective, compatible support and maintain vendor relationships.
• Occasional international travel.

Skills:

• 5+ years in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and systems architecture.
• 5+ years in business analysis and project management.
• 5+ years in SQL server administration.
• 2+ years in Azure administration.
• Expert in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI, Azure, and source control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or related field.
• Project management experience.
• Azure certification.
