Business Change Manager - DurbanFull job descriptionB.Eng Industrial Engineering Degree Or similar NQF level 7 or higherPost graduate degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Data analytics will be an advantage.Experience in Data Visualization and automation of reports will be advantageous.Experience in Lean Manufacturing techniquesTrack record of process improvement, cost savings, waste eliminationExperience in the Automotive Industry (OEM or Tier 1 Supplier experience)Knowledge or experience with Innovation and Automation of processes. Negotiation skills & relationship management - client and / or supplierSound knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)Operational experience and the ability to work independently.Knowledge of ERP/WMS/Systems Integration will be beneficial.Good people skills required.Highly adaptable to change.Fanatical attention to detail.Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt will be an advantageJob Type: PermanentPay: From R60 000,00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Location:Durban, KwaZulu-Natal (Preferred)
