Business Compliance Advisor
Job Description
Provides professional guidance, advice and opinions and supports processes to monitor
compliance and manage dispute resolution.
Key Responsibility AreasApplies procedures and executes actions to manage compliance and report on processes.
Prepare legal case arguments to defend Councils rights and/or seek remedy from breach of
contractual obligations.
Prepares and disseminates opinion and interpretation of legal conditions and terminology
contained in policy directives.
Disseminates information and advice on the application and/or impact of proposed courses of action, intention and decisions and/or defends actions in legal or conciliatory proceedings.
Co-ordinates specific administrative and reporting requirements associated with the key
performance and result indicators of the functionality.
