Job SummaryHire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Consultant to join our client's team in Cape Town. As a Business Consultant, you will provide strategic advice to clients and assist them in improving their business operations and performance.Responsibilities

• Delivery of both annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets in coordination with the companyxc2xb4s sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth and business development.
• Lead and develop relationships with key clients to build long term sales opportunities and an effective distribution network of regional contacts and influencers in the foreign exchange market.
• Maintains, acquires and develops key relationships with real estate agents and their clients.
• Develops and maintains a strong business pipeline for regional Accounts and expands on activities.
• Responsible for generating and closing a consistently high level of sales opportunities with clients by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing appropriate FX solutions and services.
• Assisting Introducing Partners from the point of enquiry to trade completion by facilitating registration, gathering KYC documentation and managing the client to the point of "trade readiness"

Requirements

• Matric
• Regulatory exams (RE) and FAIS compliancy
• A relevant business/legal qualification is beneficial
• Sales experience in the property industry is advantageous
• Entrepreneurial experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of business processes, systems, and strategies
• Experience in project management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
