Business Developer
Job Description
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on HR-related services.
Proven track record of consistently generating at least 5 million Rand in annual sales within your established pipeline.
Extensive network of relationships within HR Manager and Director functions across all industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Bring with you an extensive and proven sales track record with HR Manager and Director functions across all industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
Be prepared to travel to various regions within South Africa as required to engage with clients and partners.
Own car and a valid driver's license are required.
