Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of the fintech and cryptocurrency industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fintech and cryptocurrency industries
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and match candidates with the right opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expand our client base
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
