Job Description

The VUKA Group is currently looking for a driven and strategic Business Developer/Sales Executive to spearhead event sponsorships, advertising sales, and high-value partnerships for WomenIN and Go Green Africa (NPO).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in B2B and B2C sales, understands the power of strategic brand partnerships, and is passionate about women's empowerment, sustainability, and holistic well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing sponsorships for events, digital campaigns, content collaborations, and impact-driven initiatives across industries.

Key Responsibilities:



Sponsorship & Business Development (B2B & B2C):



Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising deals. Sell high-value event sponsorships for WomenIN's conferences, networking events, workshops, and capacity-building programs. Secure corporate sponsorships and funding partnerships for Go Green Africa's sustainability programs, community-driven projects, and educational initiatives. Drive B2C sales initiatives, including premium memberships, merchandise collaborations, and paid experiences for individuals. Identify opportunities for brand partnerships with fashion, beauty, wellness, sustainability, tech, and corporate brands looking to align with empowerment-driven platforms. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sponsors, advertisers, and funding partners.

Event Sponsorship & Revenue Generation

:

Package and sell sponsorship tiers for major WomenIN and Go Green Africa events, ensuring value alignment for brands. Work with sponsors to activate brand experiences at events, ensuring ROI and engagement. Develop bespoke partnership models, offering brands exposure through speaking engagements, on-site activations, digital marketing, and content integration. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales decks, sponsorship proposals, and impact reports. Secure media and PR partnerships to enhance the visibility of WomenIN and Go Green Africa.

Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management:



Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate sponsors, media partners, NGOs, and funding bodies. Work closely with impact investors, foundations, and sustainability-driven brands to align them with WomenIN and Go Green Africa's initiatives. Negotiate and close long-term partnerships that align with our vision of empowerment and sustainability. Act as a key point of contact for sponsors, ensuring seamless activation, reporting, and renewal discussions.

Brand Growth & Market Expansion:



Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Position WomenIN and Go Green Africa as premium sponsorship and advertising opportunities in the corporate, lifestyle, and sustainability sectors. Attend and represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and business forums to drive visibility and new business. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, impact reports, and data-driven insights for potential sponsors.

Key Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales, sponsorship sales, and business development. Proven track record of securing event sponsorships, corporate partnerships, and advertising deals. Strong network within corporate sectors, impact investment, sustainability, lifestyle, wellness, and fashion/beauty industries. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Passion for women's empowerment, sustainability, ESG, and holistic well-being. Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive revenue targets.
