Leading Tour Company is looking for a Business Development and Sales Support who will be responsible for supporting the business and the effective selling of company products and services to their customer base. This position is based in Cape Town.The key focus is to reach overall business sales targets. In this role you will be required to generate sales leads, contact potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships.RequirementsA Sales Hunter with a minimum of 2 years of Tourism experience within the Leisure industry essential, no other industry will be consideredPost Matric DiplomaBased in Cape Town (no relocations will be considered)Well-travelled individualSales and relationship-building experienceExcellent proficiency in Communication/ Excel/PowerPoint/MS Office/Video conferencingStrong administrative and time management skillsDynamic and confident personality with a yearning to reach for the starsDemonstrate very important soft skills excellent communication, listening, negotiation and problem-solvingA flair for facilitating product training either online or in personValid drivers license and roadworthy motor vehicleValid passport
