Role Introduction and PositioningWe are growing rapidly, and our business development (BD) team needs support to scale our diverse sales initiatives in international markets. This role combines business development and creative design, focusing on new business generation, initial customer engagements, and maintaining the organisation's perception through our sales collateral, and direct engagement. You will work closely with our international managing directors and the BD team to support administrative, analytical, and creative tasks, contributing to our growth across new industries, services, and geographies.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the organisation's sales and solutioning team on administrative tasks.
• Compile and package boilerplate procurement content for proposals.
• Respond to website inquiries and cold customer requests.
• Create compelling visual elements for sales, and marketing.
• Rapidly create mock-up screens for web and mobile systems, extending to other visual elements like processes, illustrations, models, software architectures, and branding.
• Participate in customer meetings, building relationships, and presenting work directly during the sales cycle.
• Help create and maintain collateral, brochures, templates, client track record. Required Skills
• We're happy to train you on our business, our culture and give you a huge amount of freedom to manage your own time. We do however need some skills for day one:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to proper English grammar and spelling.
• Methodical and diligent approach to completing tasks.
• Task-driven, with good attention to detail and the ability to switch between tasks.
• Good time management skills and responsiveness to team and clients.
• Willingness to learn and be a self-starter
• An eye for design and the ability to create high-fidelity web and mobile application mock-ups using Adobe XD or Figma.
• Ability to create appealing digital designs in Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
• Marketing knowledge, sales experience, and software knowledge are bonuses.
