Role Overview The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of capital equipment and a proven track record in B2B sales.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and engage with potential clients across relevant industries.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or capital equipment sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of capital equipment and its applications.
- Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
