Our focus is on building robust and sustainable relationships within the insurance industry.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive / Business Broker/Appointment Booker to join our team. This individual will be responsible for cold calling insurance companies in the USA, identifying potential acquisition opportunities, and booking appointments for our director. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development or sales.Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to insurance companies in the USA to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and initial contact.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the director with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to facilitate successful business transactions.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, identify potential targets, and gather relevant information on prospects.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-up activities. Provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to the director.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the director and other team members to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all interactions are conducted in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Min grade 12
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the insurance industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including market dynamics and regulatory environment.
  • Other: Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. Familiarity with the US market and business culture is a plus.
