Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Experience with pricing for warehousing and/or freight forwarding.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to showcase our services, being contract logistics, freight forwarding and road including final mile solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on outcomes to senior management, including pipeline management reporting.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote company services.
Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with business development objectives
