What youll be doing:

• Taking the lead: Youll head up a team thats passionate about growing Montego in existing markets and opening up new ones across MEA.

• Building partnerships: Your focus will be on recruiting and onboarding distributors who share our vision and drive. Together, youll pave the way for Montegos success in new markets.

• Driving strategy: You will drive the big picture crafting and implementing business development and route-to-market strategies that make a real impact in the FMCG space.

• Empowering the team: Youll play a key role in establishing the systems, tools, and procedures that will give the team the structure and support they need to excel. By building a strong foundation, youll ensure the team can operate smoothly and independently, driving consistent growth. Its about creating a legacy of sustainable processes that will allow Montego to thrive, no matter what the future holds.

• Expanding our footprint: Youll help grow Montegos brand in FMCG retail by partnering with distributors and executing trade marketing strategies that put our products front and centre.

• Owning the growth: Whether its Southern Africa or beyond, youll be instrumental in driving sales and market share growth, always staying ahead of the curve.
