Drive transaction volume growth by servicing and managing existing billers
Source and onboard new billers to expand our client base
Enhance transaction volumes through retailer and digital payment networks
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key biller stakeholders (both existing and prospective)
Identify and develop strategic partnerships, including banks and referral partners
Explore and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth
Act as the primary interface between billers/prospects and internal departments
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and grow our market presence
Ensure smooth operations for billers by liaising with internal teams
Track and report on key business opportunities, sales analysis, forecasts, and query management
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification
5-8 years of experience in the payments or financial industry, with a proven track record in sales and enterprise-level client relationship management
Strong understanding of the payments environment, including retailers, digital platforms, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, and acquiring
Drivers license and ability to travel frequently
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Afrikaans being a strong advantage
