Providing visible leadership for the company within the region
Anticipating and reacting to major market changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape
Establishing standards and ensuring adherence to them for business operations
Works closely with Operations & Group to define and deliver services & product sales in line with the company strategy
Effectively manages budget, T&E according to company budget and processes
Strategy and Planning
In partnership with the companys directors, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the companys sales and market capture strategy
Identify technology trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business.
Lead sales strategic planning to achieve business goals
Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organizations resources are used responsibly, particularly in the areas of operational delivery of products and services
Communicate the companys technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders
