Job Description


We are currently recruiting for a skilled, ambitious and energetic Marketing and Business Development Manager in the Textile or Apparel Manufacturing Industry to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Understand the market trends and how it will affect current and new clients.
  • Implementation of Marketing Strategy to increase clientele and revenue.
  • You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events to increase revenue and attract new clients.
  • Responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies i.e. advertising, communication campaigns (TV, social media, radio, etc), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Responsible for the implementation of control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the companyxe2x80x99s products addressing or predicting clientsxe2x80x99 objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build strong relationships with current and new customers with locally and internationally.
  • Forecasting business projections & trends, formulating result-oriented plans, setting and adherence to budgets/ objectives.
  • Negotiate buying terms with vendors (price, quantity, delivery terms, and markdowns).
  • Implement
  • Engage with the Sales, Planning and Production, and Design team to meet current and new client requirements.
  • Management of the Marketing and Business Development administrator who will assist with all administrative tasks.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Textile Technology and Product business development.
  • Qualification in Marketing of new business and product.
  • 5 - 10 years of proven working experience in Marketing and Development of new business and growth of current business in Textile or Apparel Manufacturing.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • You will be passionate for the xe2x80x9cartxe2x80x9d of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for implementing efficient strategies.
  • You must have a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.
  • Proven experience in the implementation of Marketing Strategies.
  • Proven track record in the Hospitality, Retail, e-Commerce, or Exports growth and new business development.
  • Proven track record in Building strong long-lasting relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Aptitude in identifying new areas for business growth and development.
  • Proven Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good business acumen with high degree of analytical skills and Marketing knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to monitor and evaluate new opportunities in the industry.
