Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance or Investments
• CFP, CFA Level 1 or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in Investment Distribution

Responsibilities:

• Actively disseminating the company's message, fostering connections with distribution channels and financial advisers, and contributing to the implementation of the business's sales and growth strategy.
• Support the Head of Distribution to deliver on sales targets.
• Drive and deliver on purpose and strategy.
• Implementation of the distribution strategy to increase net flows.
• Bolster support for the DFM and Investment Consulting value proposition across various LISP platforms.
• Enable sales channels with the required knowledge and skills to position their capability.
• Enhance support for financial advisers by developing solution-oriented content, analyzing data to reinforce investment messages, and facilitating their transition into portfolios.
• Must be able to generate new and imaginative solutions in the workplace, try different ways to deal with business problems with unique techniques, find opportunities to grow the business, and increase the transition rate into the model portfolios.
• In partnership with Marketing, arrange events and campaigns to grow both the brand and the assets.
• Build the profile in the market using traditional and disruptive processes.
• Representation at conferences, investment panels, asset management, and industry events.
• Analyze and identify trends, using insights to facilitate the transition of assets into company solutions.
