Business Development Manager
Job Description
Our company is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in the insurance industry to join our team. This role requires someone who can lead and oversee our overall sales and operations strategy.Do you have exceptional leadership skills, a proven ability to drive sales in a competitive enevironment, and the resilience to perform under pressure to achieve targets?Are you an excellent communicator, skilled at implementing innovative sales , and adapt at managing your time and staying organised?If you answered YES to the above questions, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, within a Medical Aid or Medical Insurance company.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high- performing teams.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent people managment and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem - solving skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisational abilities.
- A logical , astute, and motivated approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Solid understanding of managed healthcare processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Experience in managing BPO operations and Group Schemes is advantageous.
- RE5 or RE1
