Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
Sales Calls and Presentations:
Ensure sales calls are met and deliver the sales pitch and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Dev Centre House''s products and services.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and client retention.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research:
Stay up to date with industry needs, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Negotiations:
Effectively negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals.
Reports:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and sales performance metrics.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure continuity of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
At least 5 years proven work experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Agent or in a similar role.
Graduates of Business / Marketing and Advertising are encouraged to apply
Education:
Bachelors' degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software; MS Office Suite and others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated and goal oriented.
Strong organizational and management skills.
