Identify and target new business opportunities within the logistics market, focusing on air, sea, road, and contract logistics.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and enhance the company's market presence.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customer-centric solutions that exceed expectations.
Manage and update customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Lead and manage responses to RFQs (Requests for Quotations), ensuring timely and effective proposals.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions, adhering to local legislation and company policies.Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the clearing and forwarding industry.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
