Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on airfreight and other freight forwarding solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, offering tailored logistics solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead negotiations for airfreight and logistics contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Stay informed on market trends, particularly within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and airfreight sectors.
- Achieve sales targets while driving company growth in key areas.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the clearing, freight forwarding, and airfreight industries.
- Preferably experienced in handling pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics.
- National Senior Certificate and a degree in a relevant field.
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition within the logistics space.
- Strong knowledge of airfreight logistics, including pricing, contracts, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
