Introduce Dripstop product to local market to build product awareness and networks with industry stakeholders.
Achieve sales and profitability targets by actively growing customer base and sales volume.
Develop sales both with new and existing customers whilst building long-term customer relationships and act as customer liaison.
Provide customers with Commercial (sales training) and Technical (claims, applicator installations) support.
Execute marketing activities such as market research, strategy development whilst monitoring the market for effective forecasting and inventory planning.
Provide regular reporting regarding key activities in an effort to actively pursue process and cost optimization.
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years in B2B Field Sales and/or Account Management
Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical field is preferred
Experience in Building and/or Construction industry is preferred
A strong understanding of Industry and product knowledge
Customer-centric mentality with solid communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills essential
Willingness to travel up to 50% (Domestic and Africa)
