You be responsible for market analysis to identify opportunities, develop market entry strategies, and stay updated on industry trends. Managing the product portfolio, from concept to end-of-life.Job experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in

and/or Business Administration. * Masters degree is preferred.

• 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in HVAC.
• Essential experience in product management, market development, and dealer program implementation.
