This role involves developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive growth and maximize the full SE basket capture of the segment.Your Role Magic happens when you bring great people together!xc2xb7 Develop and adapt account plans and Go-to-Market strategies to drive growth.xc2xb7 Manage key targeted accounts for Power Systems (PS) Business in the Power and Grid (P&G) Segment, as well as the ecosystem to maximize the full SE basket capture of the segment PAM.xc2xb7 As account owner, have the full responsibility of analysing, developing & adapting account plans, Go-to-Market-Strategies (GTM) and influence channels (SE and those of Customers) to drive growth both in PS as well as across SE basket.xc2xb7 Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Segment in order to profitably grow the sales of SE products, solutions and services.xc2xb7 Ensure that all SE business within the Segment, regardless of GTM is done in full compliance with local laws & regulations and the company's Trust Charter, governance, policies and processes.#LI-BB1Qualificationsxc2xb7 Undergraduate qualification in a technical stream; postgraduate business qualification preferred.xc2xb7 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the P&G Segment.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of public and private procurement models.xc2xb7 Technical competence and ability to demonstrate the value of digital platforms.xc2xb7 Knowledge of the P&G system ecosystems within the SADC region.xc2xb7 Ability to ideate solutions and involve the correct resources from early identification to execution.xc2xb7 Strong collaboration skills and ability to drive team goals.xc2xb7 Availability to travel within SA and SADC regions.xc2xb7 Ability to make quick decisions and manage risks.xc2xb7 Experience with corporate governance and customer satisfaction.xc2xb7 Comfortable in a high-performance culture and able to work under pressure.xc2xb7 Ability to coach and mentor junior talent.Why us?At Schneider Electric, we're committed to creating a workplace that gives you not just a job but a meaningful purpose in joining our mission to use energy and efficiency to enable life, progress, and sustainability for all.
