Desirable experience and qualifications:

A tertiary qualification (NQF 9 / Master's Degree or NQF 10 / PhD) 8 years working experience in one or more of research / research management / consulting business development / pre-award support / project management / corporate social investment Demonstrated experience in securing research funding and/or consulting contracts An additional qualification in Marketing / Legal / Business or Business Management Experience in or working with one or more of the following sectors: Mining, Energy, ICT, Environment, Education, Applied Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, all levels of government, SETA's and other government agencies Experience in or working with Universities
