Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve volume and market share growth across Massmart & Export Channels
  • Develop and implement sales plans focused on listings, distribution, promotions, and visibility
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
  • Track and analyse sales metrics, providing corrective actions when needed
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in a commercial field
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong network in the industry
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen
  • Export experience is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently
