If so, we have an incredible opportunity tailored just for YOU.We are revolutionizing the market with our innovative app-based solution and need a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to identify new business prospects, build relationships with key clients and partners and craft and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.Reporting directly to our Group CEO, this role demands a charismatic communicator with impeccable negotiation skills and a knack for strategic thinking.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve revenue goals for the company
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations and CX to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to inform sales strategy
  • Prepare and present costings and revenue forecasts to the Group CEO
Required skills and experience:
  • Must have at least 5 years' experience of multi-channel sales of annuity-based products, consulting with key stakeholders within the corporate and retail sector
  • Sales experience gained within a call centre environment or experience marketing a digital product is also beneficial
  • Must have experience collaborating with operations teams including IT, Finance, project management and CX
  • Solid understanding and experience with above the line marketing, network marketing and PR is essential
  • Proficient in MS office suite, specifically Excel
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue and gross profit targets
  • Financial and business acumen, with experience in building business plans
  • Prior experience managing the end-to-end sales process including contract management
