Are you a driven professional with a passion for sales and insurance? We are looking for two dynamic Business Development Managers to join our team! One will focus on Commercial clients, and the other will work with high-worth clients. In these roles, you'll generate leads and convert them into new business by providing specialized insurance advice that aligns with our strategic goals.What You'll Do:

  • Financial Impact: Drive new business by generating and converting leads, while contributing to cost efficiency and supporting our growth strategy.
  • Client Focus: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication. Deliver exceptional client service to exceed satisfaction targets.
  • Business Processes: Offer tailored insurance advice, perform detailed risk assessments, and manage client portfolios with precision. Ensure compliance with underwriting and regulatory standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and products, commit to personal growth, and actively share knowledge with your team.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Matric or equivalent
  • RE5 certified, FAIS Compliant
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales-driven mindset
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 years in a Commercial or High Networth Insurance sales position
