We are on the hunt for a motivated and results-driven Business Developement Representative for our client in the Real Estate industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to set qualified appointments for the owner by reaching out to potential clients who own apartment buildings. This is a crucial role that directly contributes to the growth and success of our business.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners and investors in Alameda County and Contra Costa County.
Identify and qualify potential leads by asking pertinent questions to understand their needs and interest in selling or buying apartment buildings.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of working with our brokerage, building rapport and trust with prospects.
Schedule appointments for the owner with qualified leads for further discussion.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, appointments, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and keep them engaged
. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is required.
Familiarity with real estate, especially multifamily properties, is a huge plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a reliable internet connection. Proficient in using Notion and other communication tools.
