We are on the hunt for a motivated and results-driven Business Developement Representative for our client in the Real Estate industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to set qualified appointments for the owner by reaching out to potential clients who own apartment buildings. This is a crucial role that directly contributes to the growth and success of our business.Key Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Make outbound calls to property owners and investors in Alameda County and Contra Costa County.
xe2x97x8f Identify and qualify potential leads by asking pertinent questions to understand their needs and interest in selling or buying apartment buildings.
xe2x97x8f Effectively communicate the value proposition of working with our brokerage, building rapport and trust with prospects.
xe2x97x8f Schedule appointments for the owner with qualified leads for further discussion.
xe2x97x8f Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, appointments, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
xe2x97x8f Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and keep them engaged
.xe2x97x8f Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.Qualifications:
xe2x97x8f 3-5 years experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is required.
xe2x97x8f Familiarity with real estate, especially multifamily properties, is a huge plus.
xe2x97x8f Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
xe2x97x8f Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
xe2x97x8f Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
xe2x97x8f Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a reliable internet connection. xe2x97x8f Proficient in using Notion and other communication tools.
