Deliver on total portfolio and focus group targets
Ensure 100% Strategy alignment and execution
Support product manager and RSMs in generating accurate prognosesPortfolio Business Development
Identify business opportunities for growth, and colaborate to bring to fruition
Organise in collaboration with the Sales managers, educational initiatives aimed at improving the utilisation of specified portfolio
Tracking and monitoring monthly franchise performance, recommending corrections as neededCapability building and development
Sales rep co-travel at least 3-4 times per week, create a development action plan per rep after co-travelling to close the gaps.
Build and execute a sales representative capability development plan with a focus on commercial acumen, product knowledge and value selling
Align with Sales Managers the plans to improve sales rep, product, procedure and objection handling - all aimed at improving our delivery of value to customers. (Minimum of monthly feedback sessions with RSM to review the action plan and rep progress (rep presents back on progress)).
Key support in regional quarterly cycle meetings, and responsible for cycle Product tests, re-certifications, role plays, refresher trainings, global rollouts etc
Using targeting, segmentation and conversion tools based on losses and opportunities of territory
Develop tools as necessary for Sales development and accelerationExternal KOL, HCP and Training collaboration
Build and execute a national KOL/segmentation plan, and develop influential relationships with key KOLs and decision makers
Support reps with customer facing clinical and product excellence
Support in developing Product training initiatives, and upskilling reps to run these independentlySupport to product managers and business strategy
Contributes to development and execution of strong, functionally aligned Brand and Sales area plans.
Support product manager in building presentations, and delivery of presentations locally and internationally
Support Product Manager in various portfolio initiatives including such as product launches, pricing decisions, tender submissions, business reviews and business plan developmentRecruitment and induction
Assistance in selection and induction process to ensure the sales reps which are recruited has the correct profile and participate in a comprehensive induction program, to ensure optimal performance and decreased attrition rate.
Ongoing coaching and feedback in-field for new hire (does not replace RSM coaching and guidance)
Guidance through new hire curriculum (foundation programs, engage in self led learning, application of programs)Market insights
Gain Market insight to shape business planning and market development opportunities to drive growth
Continually assessing competitive landscape and responding accordingly
Utilize data resources to identify key growth opportunitiesEthics and Compliance
Working compliantly in all areas of business including Healthcare Compliance and regulatory guidelines to achieve business goals.
