Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/ or Engineering.
5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial management (commercial vehicle, on-highway or automotive industry).
Proven success in leading and mentoring a sales team.
