Role Overview: We're looking for a proactive, driven individual with a knack for identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share. If you excel in cold calling, networking, and relationship-building with key decision-makers, we want you to be part of our 2025 team!
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new customers
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning our products/services as ideal solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Close deals to meet or surpass sales goals.
Requirements:
Matric: Completed with certificate.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an external sales hunter role, focusing on new business development and B2B sales in a corporate setting.
Industry Network: Established contacts in Logistics, Cold Chain Logistics, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Car Rental, Mining, or Transport.
Technical Background: Minimum 2 years in SaaS/ICT/IT/Technology/Telecoms or solution sales (focused on new business).
Sales Skills: Proven background in cold calling and pipeline growth, with strong closing ratios and measurable sales figures.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with software solutions and tech-driven sales.
Other Essentials: Valid driver's license, South African ID, and a solid B2B sales history.
